Linda Lau


Linda Lau is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before The Supreme Court of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Linda Lau received her B.A. degree from University of California at Berkeley and M.S. degree from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She received her J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law. Linda's practice includes all aspects of immigration and nationality law and related family and business law matters. Linda has represented hundreds of businesses from sole proprietorships to major multinational organizations as well as individuals. She provides representation to companies, both domestic and international, in immigration law matters. She represents companies in connection with the transfer and employment of executives, managers and professionals on both a temporary and permanent basis in compliance with the employer sanctions laws. Linda advises companies and individuals about the significant new business-related immigration statutory and regulatory provisions. She structures immigrant investor projects for U.S. companies and assist investors with their immigrant investor petitions for the purpose of obtaining U.S. permanent residency.

Linda was a past Chair and member of Executive Committee of American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA) Southern California Chapter. She was also a past co-chair on the Immigrant Investor Committee of AILA. Linda has authored many articles on immigration law and has been a speaker at numerous seminars for immigration law practitioners.

Tina B. Lee


Tina B. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law. Tina is admitted to practice law in California, and she is a member of the California State Bar. Tina is fluent in Korean.

Sharon Luo

Sharon Luo studied Business Administration in China. Sharon has 10 years experience in managing and preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. Sharon is fluent in the Mandarin and Cantonese dialects of Chinese.

Jeremy But

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts in Humanity from Florida International University. He has fourteen years of experience in immigration law. Jeremy is fluent in Spanish and Cantonese Chinese.

Arthur Bartholomew

Arthur received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. He has three years of experience in civil procedure in regards to land use/zoning/discretionary entitlement applications, ABC license applications and protests cases. Arthur has two years of experience in litigation trial support, which prepares and serves subpoenas. Arthur is fluent in Spanish.

Lois Wee

Lois received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Southern California. She has headed the marketing department at Global Immigration Law Group for over a year.

Lorraine Wan

Lorraine received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of California, San Diego. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Annie Young

Annie received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting in Philippines. She has nineteen years of experience in accounting. Annie is fluent in Tagalog.

Vivian Estrada

Vivian received her Associate of Arts in Business from Mountain San Antonio College. She has four years of experience in general office administration and management. Vivian is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
