Linda Lau
Linda Lau is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice
before The Supreme Court of California, the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court, Central District
of California.
Linda Lau
received her B.A. degree from University
of California at Berkeley
and M.S. degree from University of Michigan, Ann
Arbor. She received her J.D. degree from the UCLA
School of Law. Linda's practice includes all aspects of immigration and
nationality law and related family and business law matters. Linda has
represented hundreds of businesses from sole proprietorships to major multinational
organizations as well as individuals. She provides representation to
companies, both domestic and international, in immigration law matters. She
represents companies in connection with the transfer and employment of
executives, managers and professionals on both a temporary and permanent
basis in compliance with the employer sanctions laws. Linda advises companies
and individuals about the significant new business-related immigration
statutory and regulatory provisions. She structures immigrant investor
projects for U.S.
companies and assist investors with their immigrant investor petitions for
the purpose of obtaining U.S.
permanent residency.
Linda was a
past Chair and member of Executive Committee of American Immigration Lawyers'
Association (AILA) Southern California Chapter. She was also a past co-chair
on the Immigrant Investor Committee of AILA. Linda has authored many articles
on immigration law and has been a speaker at numerous seminars for
immigration law practitioners.

Arthur Bartholomew

use/zoning/discretionary entitlement applications, ABC license applications
and protests cases. Arthur has two years of experience in litigation trial
